To receive Oelo Authorized Dealer incentives, which includes 20% off list price for all Oelo light kits and system components, dealers must complete the following four steps below to be able to order inventory at discounted pricing.
1. SUBMIT PROOF OF BUSINESS
2. SIGN INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
3. PAY AUTHORIZED DEALER FEES
4. INITIATE YOUR DEALER TRAINING
* IMPORTANT TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE NOTICE: As an Oelo "reseller," you are responsible for collecting and filing sales tax in the states where your Oelo purchases are shipped. As such, dealers must submit a current valid Tax Exemption Certificate (during Step 1: Submit Proof of Business) to be considered tax exempt when purchasing product through the OeloDealer.com portal. If you do not upload a Tax Exemption Certificate, you will be charged tax, and Oelo will be required to submit that tax on your behalf.
