Partnership terms

Oelo is excited to be the exclusive brand of permanent celebratory lighting represented by Blingle!, and your business. We have created a very straight-forward agreement to help you get everything up and running quickly. Please familiarize yourself with the agreement details listed below.

Once Steps 1-4 in the setup process are complete, each dealer will get the following list of exciting benefits for being part of the Blingle! Franchise!

• Oelo will waive its new dealer sign-on fees ($5,000.00 value).
• Dealers will receive a 25% discount from MSRP, on product purchases.
• Oelo will provide on-site training in Omaha at the Blingle! training facility when three or more franchisees are present.
• Each new dealer will receive 50 residential, 50 commercial and 50 municipal brochures, cover samples and a point-of-sales display board to help in promoting on-site sales ($400.00 value). Additional boards and marketing materials are available for purchase.
• Oelo’s marketing team will provide access to our large library of digital assets for use in website/marketing material development. (Brand standards apply).
• Oelo at its discretion, may provide leads free of charge to dealers via our HubSpot CRM. It will be the dealer’s responsibility to follow up on leads in a timely manner and provide information to Oelo, through the CRM, to indicate that the lead has been pursued.

LIMITATIONS

• Each new Blingle! dealer will be required to purchase an initial $10,000.00 USD in Oelo product credit.
  
  
• Oelo’s performance-based pricing structure requires all dealers to purchase a minimum of $20,000.00 USD of product per calendar year, to maintain Enterprise-level pricing. Upon completed signup, purchases will begin to accrue first as a fiscal calendar year, evolving to a simple calendar year on January 1^st, after each signup. (Example: If a dealer signs up on June 1, 2022, the dealer purchases will be reviewed January 1, 2024.)
  
  
• If any dealer fails to meet the required $20K USD purchase level in any calendar year, their discount level will be reduced to “Authorized” dealer pricing level of 15% from MSRP. If the dealer fails to meet the $20K requirement but wants to maintain Enterprise-level pricing, two options exist for re-obtaining Enterprise- level status.
  
  
  • Purchase the required amount of product to reach the $20K minimum.
  • Pay a one-time per calendar year, $3K performance fee.
    
    
• If a dealer requires on-site training at their location, the dealer will incur travel-related expenses to be invoiced by Oelo. (Pre-approved amount by the dealer.)
  
  
• No matching co-op ad dollars from Oelo will be provided.
  
  
• Blingle! Dealers are to provide full customer contact information, installation location and final video of each system installation (simple cell phone walk-around) for warranty registration. The Blingle! Dealer must also distribute Oelo's warranty folder (provided with each order) to the homeowner.
  
  
• Oelo reserves the right to refuse service to any dealer within the Blingle! brand that does not adhere to Oelo’s installation guidelines.
  
  
• No Blingle! Dealer that has a physical place of business located in any of the Colorado zip codes noted below, will be allowed to sell, service or install Oelo without prior written authorization from an Oelo representative.
